Indi was adopted as a small, four month old, mixed breed puppy, from a Romanian Rescue charity, in February 2020. It became apparent fairly quickly, that she had problems with her front legs. It was discovered on examination, that she had Small Ulna Syndrome and required an operation at seven months, to try and rectify the problem. Whilst successful, she has been left with a deformity on her right leg which requires regular check ups. Confinement in a pen for several weeks while her leg healed, was really difficult for her, but she came through it well. Indi is a wonderful companion, with a sweet, placid, loving nature. She likes nothing better than going for long walks in the Perthshire countryside where we live, especially when there’s the treat of a sausage from our local cafe on the way home.
